Main Job Purpose: To grow Goldpac Fintech’s international market through leading and managing sales teams, activities and channels. Achieve assigned team sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead, work with, enable and mentor sales a team of international staff to qualify and close opportunities, generate new leads, follow up on all sales activities, monitor selling cycle and provide after sales follow-up. For direct sales and channel sales
Create and implement business strategies and plans leading to the achievement of quarterly and annual order intake quotas.
Good understanding of Goldpac Group solutions offerings (in addition to EMV and chips) and ensure that sales teams are equipped with this knowledge
Ability to successfully execute complex sales cycles with CxOs, and developing key relationships at multiple levels and across multiple functions of customers and third-party organizations (such as IT, HR, Legal, and various Line of Business etc.). Achieve this through team and directly
Channel development: Find, qualify, recruit and manage 3rd party sales channels
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years successful experience in selling SIM and telco solutions either directly to telcos and/or SIM distributors in the global market
Experience selling to third world countries highly preferable
Sales hunter personality
Take full responsibility for sales results
Can work independently with minimal guidance
Experience in developing relationships with customer and channels CxOs and senior management.
Has the ability to manage the resolution of internal and external problems and complaints
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
Open, honest, responsive, proactive and timely communications with management
